BRAVA Salon | Books + Culture + Conversation is an event series presented by BRAVA Magazine. Each Salon is a fun-filled event inspired by the theme of a book by a local author. We encourage you to read the book selected and then come to meet the author and have your book signed. BUT, even if you haven't read the book, each Salon will be a fabulous night out to experience with friends!
The Little French Bakery Cookbook BRAVA Salon
Ooh la la! Join us for a Parisian-inspired event featuring local author, Susan Holding and her new "The Little French Bakery Cookbook", while she takes us through stories of success and mishap during her pastry school days at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. These charming stories are interwoven between one hundred recipes that she has mastered since her days at school. You will find recipes both savory and sweet, with delicious flavors that will take you on your own trip to the City of Light.
This is a délicieux party you won't want to miss! Parisian attire encouraged!
Evening Events Include:
- Q&A, culinary demonstration and book signing with author Susan Holding at 6 p.m.
- Hors d'oeuvres & Cocktails, and of course - Dessert!
- French Music
- Parisian themed pop-up boutiques and tips on incorporating French style into your wardrobe
